Well due to some major health issues I needed to make some drastic changes in my life. So I had a great opportunity to be apart of the biggest loser show, which helped me achieve a better outlook on life and health. Had a chance of a life time being on the "Tonight Show" with Jay Leno. Which lead me to want to share my story when I wrote a book "Man on a mission". After which I joined a weight loss group called Tops, which was a great group to hold me accountable to my health, and in 2013 I was crowned Wisconsin Weight loss king. Sometimes I sit back and think how blessed i am in October is 2019 Laurie and I will hit our 25th wedding anniversary something I thought would of never happened in 2007 when I almost passed away from my weight related issues. So I always say from our wedding day, about the part of our vows that's says "until death do us part" and her nursing me back to health, I am forever grateful

Only a few memories come back as when I was sick in 2007 I lost alot of my memory due to the 11day coma I was in.
As I paged through a few year books a few things like I said came back being in the play "Guys and Dolls" i guess helping in the kitchen during lunch periods.
I think I was kinda a shy person in school.

Well I know my body tells me I am 57 but I dont feel like 57 with a hip replacement in late 2017, now I am so much more active and completely enjoying life.
